The documents you build here are assembled from templates written by a licensed Florida estate planning attorney, using the answers you give. The attorney who wrote the templates does not review your answers or your finished documents unless you separately purchase a consultation.

No one at Estate Plans For Life can tell you which documents you should have, how to answer a question in your own situation, or what a finished document means for you. If you need that, you need an attorney.

Jurisdiction

Our documents are built to Florida requirements. Estate planning law, including how documents may be witnessed and notarized, varies from state to state. Material here describing Florida practice may be wrong elsewhere. If you live outside Florida, or own property in another state, talk to an attorney before relying on anything you build here.

Situations we do not handle online

Blended families, plans involving a beneficiary with special needs, estates over two million dollars, and any situation involving a dispute are not suited to a questionnaire. The plan finder will tell you so, and we would rather point you to an attorney than sell you the wrong thing.

No guaranteed outcome

No plan can promise a particular result. Circumstances change, assets change, and the law changes. A document is a set of instructions written for the facts as they stood when it was made, which is why it is worth revisiting after major life events.
