What does the married price cover?

Is this different from a downloadable form?

The documents come from templates an estate planning attorney wrote and keeps current to Florida law, and you finish the whole thing online — signed, witnessed and notarized. A form site hands you an unsigned PDF and leaves the rest to you. If you want an attorney to review your plan or represent you, you can add that separately.

Do I still need a trust?

Not everyone does. A trust mainly buys probate avoidance and privacy. If those matter to you, or you own real property you would rather keep out of court, look at the Legacy Trust Package.

Can I sign without going to an office?

Florida allows wills to be signed, witnessed and notarized remotely. Online notary sessions are available as an added service.
