A discounted rate is available to people who qualify. The amount is confirmed in writing when we review your application, before you pay for anything.
Law Enforcement Estate Planning Program
Sworn officers, corrections and civilian department staff — active, reserve or retired.

We do not check these details automatically. Someone reads every application and may follow up by email if something is unclear. These are discounted rates on plans any family can buy — if your role isn't listed, the same plans are open to you.

Names someone who can handle your finances if you are alive but unable to act. Without it, your family's only route is a court guardianship — slow, public and expensive.
