How this works.
How is this different from a cheap document generator?
A generator produces a document. It cannot tell you whether that document does what you intended or what is missing from your plan. Here the documents come from templates a Florida estate planning attorney wrote and keeps current, and the questions you answer are shaped by what your situation actually requires. The online plan is self-serve; if you want an attorney to review it or represent you, that is available separately.
How is it different from hiring an attorney the traditional way?
Mostly cost and convenience. The intake, drafting and signing are automated, so a plan that would normally run into thousands starts at a few hundred. The attorney involvement and legal oversight stay in place. Do I have to live in Florida?
Our documents are built to Florida requirements. If you live elsewhere or split your year between states, tell us during intake or on a consult call before you buy anything.
Can I really sign without going to an office?
Yes. Florida provides for remote online notarization and electronic wills, subject to the statutory requirements. An online notary session is available as an added service, and an in-person session if you prefer.
What does the married price mean?
It covers both spouses — two complete sets of documents — at up to 30% combined savings against buying two single plans.
What if I do not know what I need?
Three options, none of which cost anything: take the three-question plan finder on the home page, ask the online AI assistant, or book the free 30-minute consult with an estate planning expert.
Is my information private?
Your details are used to prepare your documents and to contact you about your plan. Contacting us or using this site does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.
What happens after I pay?
You complete the online questions, your documents are assembled from the attorney's Florida templates, you read them over and sign — online where Florida allows it — and your documents are stored where you and your family can find them. Binding, mailing and tracking are available if you want physical originals.
Can my employer benefit or my organization reduce the cost?
Often, yes. A prepaid legal benefit through ARAG, MetLife Legal Plans or similar may cover part or all of it, and partner organizations — law enforcement, fire, EMS, teachers, faith communities, credit unions, veterans groups and others — receive 10–40% off standard pricing.
