EMTs / first responders

Apply for the First Responder Estate Planning Program rate.

Tell us your service and your role, municipal, private or hospital-based all count. Someone reads it, confirms your rate by email, and you start online between shifts.

A discounted rate is available to people who qualify. The amount is confirmed in writing when we review your application, before you pay for anything.

Where we send your rate and anything you need to sign.

Helps us confirm where you work. We never send anything to it without asking.

Young children, a partner you're not married to, parents who depend on you, a second agency, it helps us point you at the right plan.

Sending this does not create an attorney-client relationship, and it does not commit you to buying anything. By sending it you agree to our privacy policy and terms.

Who qualifies

EMTs, paramedics, dispatchers and hospital emergency staff. A spouse or partner in the same household can be included on the same application, so both of you end up with matching documents.

What happens next

  1. 1. We read your application, a person, not a filter.
  2. 2. You get your rate in writing by email.
  3. 3. You start online between shifts, whenever it suits you.

We do not check these details automatically. Someone reads every application and may follow up by email if something is unclear.
