Teachers / educators, how it works

How the Educator Estate Planning Program works

Grading, coaching, a summer job, the school year doesn't leave room for daytime appointments. This runs from your phone, after the kids are in bed.

From your phone to a signed will.

1

Answer questions after the bell

Plain-English questions online, on a planning period or a Sunday evening. Stop and pick it up later.

2

Your answers fill an attorney-written Florida template

The will and power of attorney are built from templates a Florida attorney wrote and keeps current, with the pension and 403(b) realities of school employees in mind.

3

Read it, then sign by video

Witnesses and a notary join you on a video call where Florida allows it. No notary run on a teacher workday.

4

Stored where your family can find it

Signed documents live in your account, with access for the people you name.

How the program works

Answer plain-English questions online during a planning period or after dismissal. Your documents are assembled from templates an estate planning attorney wrote and maintains. Signing, witnessing and notarization happen remotely where your state permits it, and your signed documents are stored for you.

Signing without an office visit

Florida allows remote online notarization and electronic wills, so witnessing and notarization happen over video with an approved notary. Pause the questionnaire at any point and pick it back up. Nothing is signed until you have read it.

No attorney reviews your individual answers unless you add a paid consultation, the templates are attorney-written; the plan is yours to complete.

Built from a Florida attorney's templates, priced for a teacher's paycheck.

The attorney who wrote these templates spent a career in public safety before he practiced law, and this exists for the people who never get quoted a price they can act on. The process fits a school year.
